NutriVibe provides wellness-focused tools such as food logging, hydration tracking, progress insights, and assistant features. NutriVibe is intended for personal informational use and not as emergency or clinical software.
NutriVibe may add, remove, or modify features over time to improve reliability, usability, and security.
2. Medical Disclaimer
NutriVibe does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any nutrition targets, assistant responses, or recommendations are informational only.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making important health, nutrition, or treatment decisions.
3. Eligibility and Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse NutriVibe, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, upload harmful code, or use the app in violation of applicable law.
You agree not to use NutriVibe to harass, abuse, or impersonate others, or to submit content that infringes third-party rights.
5. User Data and Content
You retain ownership of the personal data and content you submit. You grant NutriVibe the limited rights needed to store and process that data to provide requested app functionality.
You are responsible for ensuring that submitted information is lawful and does not violate the rights of others.
6. Third-Party Services
NutriVibe may rely on trusted third-party infrastructure and providers for services such as authentication, notifications, hosting, product data retrieval, and AI processing.
NutriVibe uses Open Food Facts (https://world.openfoodfacts.org) for product data and OpenAI ChatGPT services for AI-powered analysis.
Your use of certain integrated services may also be subject to those providers terms and privacy policies.
7. Intellectual Property
NutriVibe app software, branding, design, and original content are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of NutriVibe or its licensors.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from NutriVibe except where permitted by law.
8. Warranty and Liability Limits
NutriVibe is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that all results are error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NutriVibe is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Termination
You may stop using NutriVibe at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if required by law, for security reasons, or for significant misuse of the service.
Provisions that by nature should survive termination, including limitation of liability and dispute-related terms, will continue to apply.
