AioArt ("we", "our", or "us") is an AI-powered creative image editing app developed by Taher Zobeidi. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the AioArt mobile application ("App").

By using AioArt, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

2. Information We Collect

a. Account & Identity Information

• Name – collected when you create an account
• Email address – used for authentication and account management
• User ID – a unique identifier assigned to your account

b. Photos & User Content

• Photos or Videos – images you upload or select from your photo library to use with AI tools (background removal, face swap, style transfer, etc.)
• Other User Content – prompts, text inputs, or generated images you create within the App
• Images are processed by our backend servers and third-party AI providers solely to deliver the requested feature

c. Device & Technical Information

• Device ID – used to maintain session continuity and prevent fraud
• Performance Data – crash reports and diagnostics to improve app stability
• Other Usage Data – feature interactions, screen views, and usage patterns

d. Purchase Information

• Purchase History – in-app credit purchases and subscription transactions processed via Apple's App Store. We do not store your payment card details.
• Subscription Status – whether you hold an active auto-renewable subscription and its renewal/expiration dates, provided to us by Apple and RevenueCat.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Account creation and authentication – Name, Email, User ID
• Providing AI image editing features – Photos, User Content
• Processing in-app credit purchases and subscriptions – Purchase History, Subscription Status
• Managing subscription renewals and entitlements – Subscription Status, User ID
• Cloud album storage (if enabled) – Photos, User ID
• Push notifications – Device ID
• App performance and bug fixes – Performance Data, Device ID
• Improving app features – Usage Data

4. Third-Party Services

AioArt uses the following third-party services to operate. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Clerk – User authentication – clerk.com/privacy
• RevenueCat – In-app purchase management – revenuecat.com/privacy
• WaveSpeed AI / HuggingFace – AI image processing – Per provider's terms
• Google Firebase – Notifications & analytics – firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• Apple App Store – App distribution & payments – apple.com/privacy

Your uploaded images are sent to these AI providers only for the specific feature you use and are not stored permanently by third parties beyond the time needed to process your request.

5. Data Storage & Security

• Your account data is stored on secured servers hosted on cloud infrastructure
• Images you upload are processed in transit over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
• Cloud Album images are stored only if you explicitly enable the Cloud Album feature
• We retain your data as long as your account is active; you may request deletion at any time

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Delete your account and associated data
• Opt out of non-essential data collection
• Request a copy of your data

7. Children's Privacy

AioArt is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account exists or as needed to provide services. You can delete your account at any time from the App settings, after which your data will be removed within 30 days.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via a notification in the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
