Terms of Use

AioArt – AI-Powered Creative Tools Effective Date: April 22, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using AioArt, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

4. Subscriptions, Credits & In-App Purchases

4.1 Credits System

AioArt uses a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you use AI tools within the App. New users may receive a limited number of free credits to get started.

4.2 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

AioArt offers monthly auto-renewable subscription plans that grant a fixed number of credits each billing period:

• AioArt Starter — 150 credits per month
• AioArt Professional — 350 credits per month

Auto-Renewal Terms:

• Subscription automatically renews at the end of each monthly billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the subscription price then in effect.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Apple ID Account Settings → Subscriptions on your device.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to subscription benefits until then.
• No refunds are provided for the unused portion of a subscription period, except where required by applicable law.

4.3 One-Time Credit Packs

In addition to subscriptions, AioArt offers one-time purchase credit packs. These credits do not expire while your account is active and are non-renewing.

4.4 Payment Processing

All purchases are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system and are governed by Apple's Terms of Sale. AioArt does not process or store your payment card details.

4.5 Refund Policy

• Subscription fees and consumed credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple. You may request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

4.6 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription or credit pack pricing at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any pricing changes through the App or via email before the change takes effect. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use AioArt to:

• Upload, generate, or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene
• Upload images of individuals without their consent
• Create deepfakes or synthetic media intended to deceive or harm others
• Violate any third party's intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the App or its services
• Use the App for commercial resale without our written permission

6. Content Rights

• You retain ownership of images you upload to AioArt
• By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the requested AI feature
• You confirm you have the necessary rights to any image you upload
• AI-generated outputs are provided for your personal use; commercial use rights may vary based on the third-party AI provider used

7. Third-Party AI Content

AioArt uses third-party AI models to process images. The outputs are generated by AI and may not always be accurate or appropriate. We are not responsible for:

• The accuracy or quality of AI-generated results
• Any unintended outputs from AI processing
• Content generated from user-provided inputs

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed in the App are our property or the property of their respective owners. You may not use them without prior written consent.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AioArt and Taher Zobeidi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will provide notice of material changes through the App or by email.

15. Apple App Store Terms

You and AioArt acknowledge that Apple is not a party to this License Agreement and has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to AioArt. In the event of any failure of AioArt to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for AioArt to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to AioArt. Any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be the sole responsibility of AioArt and Taher Zobeidi.
