6. Opt-Out Rights

7. Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. This ensures continuity of service and allows you to maintain your conversation history and preferences.
Automatically Collected Information
The Service Provider will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate form for analytical purposes.
Data Deletion Requests
If you'd like the Service Provider to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact us at extraai@support.ai and we will respond in a reasonable time.
Important Note: Some or all of the User Provided Data may be required for the Application to function properly. Deletion of certain data may limit or prevent your access to specific features.

Age Restriction: The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.
Parental Notice: If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will immediately delete this from our servers.
